Must:
We expect you to have a strong background in .Net and Azure, along with experience in Generative AI. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Azure DevOps, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) is also important. You should possess excellent communication skills and have a proven track record in strategic thinking. We value candidates who can take a holistic approach to developing solutions and are comfortable liaising with senior management to understand requirements and create appropriate solutions.
Responsibilities
As a Development Tech Lead / Principal Engineer, you will be the technical lead for a dispersed development team. Your role will involve coaching and mentoring team members while working across a variety of initiatives and projects. You'll collaborate with vendors and engage with the wider business to build solutions and tackle challenges effectively.
