Requirements
Must:
- Subject matter expertise in Intune, including policy configuration, application deployment, and device management.
- Strong knowledge of M365 SaaS administration, including accounts and group management, licenses, and policies.
- Experience in securing hybrid Microsoft environments using Zero Trust principles (Entra ID, Intune, Defender for Endpoint, SSO, MFA, passwordless authentication).
- Strong expertise in device enrolment and compliance, configuration and security policies, application deployment, and update management within Microsoft Intune.
- Experience providing 3rd line support for the Windows operating system and various software components (e.g., .Net Framework, Visual Studio).
- Familiarity with troubleshooting tools for 3rd line support of Windows (e.g., Office SARA Tool, Fiddler, Wireshark).
- Application packaging experience using ORCA, PSAppDeployToolkit, PSExec, and DPInst.
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting.
- Capability to provide 3rd line engineering support for O365 applications, performing advanced diagnostics and root-cause analysis across various dependencies.

Responsibilities

- Customize and repackage installers for enterprise deployment through application packaging.
- Develop and execute PowerShell scripts to streamline administrative tasks.
- Offer engineering support for O365 applications, diagnosing issues and collaborating with platform services for resolution.
