Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with strong knowledge of O365 SaaS environments and End User Computing technology environments. You should have a robust understanding of the Microsoft 365 stack, including Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, and Teams. Experience with Active Directory and Group Policies (GPO) is essential, along with knowledge of Entra ID.
Responsibilities
You will provide a 3rd line support level of understanding for the dependencies related to MS Office, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, and Add-ins. It is your responsibility to ensure that governance, compliance, and security components within M365 adhere to Information Security mandates and best practices across the end-user device estate. Additionally, you will assist in supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting M365 services, as well as providing recommendations for the implementation of changes and products.
Description
This role requires hybrid working, with 3 days per week required on site. You will be responsible for all aspects of support for the Modern Workplace end-user computing environment, leveraging M365/O365 and other services to maintain high service standards. A strong understanding of the O365 SaaS and application lifecycle management will be crucial, including accounts and group management, licenses, and policies. A broad knowledge of applications in general and different application types will assist you in resolving 2nd and 3rd line issues. Furthermore, you should have significant experience working in an enterprise environment that covers Endpoint Management (Intune) and associated infrastructure elements like Active Directory (AD), Entra ID, and Group Policies (GPO/GPP).
