Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Exchange 2019 / SE
- Strong experience with Exchange Online and Intune
- Strong experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
- Knowledge of email archiving products, such as Enterprise Vault (desirable)
- Exposure to mobility solutions, such as MobileIron
- Familiarity with cloud-based email filtering services, such as Microsoft Exchange Online Protection
Responsibilities
- Contribute to assigned projects to support the delivery of new messaging services to the business.
- Evaluate new messaging systems and technologies to save time, increase service levels, and reduce costs.
- Keep up to date on developments in messaging technologies, products, practices, and trends.
- Provide support to users on software platforms supported by the Messaging team.
- Resolve incidents relating to messaging services in accordance with the Messaging Service Level Agreement and escalate where appropriate.
- Act as a technical escalation point for the service desk and deskside support teams.
