Must:
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experience:
- Managing Exchange Online
- Experience with Mimecast Email protection policies
- Familiarity with Defender for M365
- Knowledge of Tessian Gateway
- Proficiency in CrowdStrike Antivirus
- Experience with backups using Veeam, including OneDrive and Exchange Online
- Understanding of Email Distribution List workflow
- Knowledge of Entra-ID, including MFA configuration
- Experience with on-premise Active Directory
- Proficiency in the Office 365 Admin Centre
- Experience with DMARC and DLP would be beneficial
Responsibilities
In this role, I will be responsible for:
- Administering and optimizing our Entra-ID tenant.
- Facilitating and providing best practice guidance on internal communication using email distribution lists, collaboration spaces, and shared mailboxes.
- Ensuring that our data backup, replication, and business continuity solutions are functioning effectively.
- Periodically measuring and reporting on infrastructure performance and availability.
- Liaising with suppliers and solutions providers as needed to support our network and networked applications.
