Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a full-stack developer
- Strong knowledge of Python and Django for backend development
- Proficient in JavaScript, React, and Next.js for frontend development
- Familiarity with version control systems, specifically Git
- Experience in mentoring junior developers
- Ability to take ownership of projects from requirement gathering through to deployment
- Knowledge of Azure and AI is beneficial
