Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with 2-4 years of experience in production-level AI/ML delivery. Experience in the legal or professional services industry is a plus. You should be proficient in AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and LangChain. Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Azure (preferred), as well as AWS and GCP, is essential. You should have experience with MLOps practices, including CI/CD, model lifecycle management, and monitoring. Knowledge of generative AI technologies (LLMs, RAG, chat agents) and data engineering alignment involving ETL and governance is required. Strong coding, communication, and collaboration skills are necessary, in addition to strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and stakeholder engagement experience.
Responsibilities
As a Data Science Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of AI and ML solutions. You will implement MLOps practices for continuous integration and deployment, as well as model monitoring and retraining. Your role will include utilizing both open-source and enterprise tools such as LangChain, Azure OpenAI, and Databricks. You will be involved in creating generative AI features, ensuring clean and testable code following modern engineering practices, and aligning with enterprise architecture and governance. Collaborating with architects and stakeholders will be a key part of your responsibilities, along with managing the lifecycle of models and piloting emerging technologies.
