Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in enterprise integration architecture, preferably related to Workday. You'll need hands-on expertise with Workato or other similar integration platform as a service (iPaaS) tools, such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will expect you to:
- Define and lead the integration architecture across Workday and other enterprise platforms.
- Develop scalable and reusable integration patterns using Workato and other middleware tools.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and IT governance.
- Collaborate with Workday implementation teams to ensure integration readiness.
- Design and implement data flows between Workday and legacy systems.
- Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation efforts.
- Own the governance, performance, and roadmap of the Workato platform.
- Lead the development of APIs, connectors, and integration workflows.
- Manage vendor relationships and enhance platform capabilities.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and internal security standards.

We are a leading UK-based organization undergoing a strategic transformation of our enterprise systems, with Workday at the heart of our HR and finance operations. We are committed to seamless data flows across platforms and are seeking a talented individual to design and oversee our integration landscape using Workato. This position is available on a contract basis, outside IR35.
