Requirements
Must:
We require you to have expertise in an Application Support role within a law firm, with proven experience working with Intapp Conflicts, Intake, Walls, and Terms, as well as equivalent experience with risk and compliance solutions. You should also possess strong SQL Server skills, be proficient in SQL development and queries, and be familiar with reporting tools. Additionally, we expect you to have experience in supporting, troubleshooting, and configuring both cloud-based and on-premise business applications.
Responsibilities
As an Intapp Applications Analyst, you will serve as the IT owner of all applications and systems that support our risk and compliance activities, particularly focusing on Intapp Conflicts, Intake, Walls, and Terms. You will lead efforts to plan and migrate our existing on-premise instance of the Intapp platform to the cloud and identify new capabilities that can enhance our business, making recommendations based on your findings. Furthermore, you will need to communicate effectively with the conflicts and intake team to analyze processes, application features and configurations, and address end-user questions.
