Requirements
Must:
We are looking for an experienced Information Governance Specialist with at least four years of records management, litigation support, or IT experience in a law firm. You should have commercial experience with records management databases, litigation support systems, and document management systems. A strong knowledge of archival data storage and records preservation procedures is essential. Additionally, you should have commercial experience with Prosperoware, NetDocs, or iManage, and be proficient in the Microsoft Windows operating system. Strong program and project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and stakeholder management experience are also required. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 in a legal environment is a plus.
Responsibilities
As the Information Governance Specialist, you will support our firm's information governance strategy. You will lead the development of processes, procedures, and training controls while also improving supporting technology. Your role will involve collaborating with different departments and stakeholders to ensure effective governance of information management and compliance with relevant regulations.
