Requirements
Must:
We are seeking an IT Support and Cyber Security Technician who possesses expertise in the following areas:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange Online and Mimecast
- Familiarity with Microsystems DocXtools
- Knowledge of iManage Document Management and Elite 3E Practice Management System
- Proficient in Intapp Open and HighQ Client Extranet
- Experience with BigHand Digital Dictation and Mitel Telephone System
- Experience with HP Laptop management through Intune mobile device management
- Proficiency with iPhone mobile devices using Ivanti mobile device management
Responsibilities
As our IT Support and Cyber Security Technician, you will:
- Collaborate closely with external security providers to investigate unusual or malicious security alerts.
- Respond to security events according to predefined procedures, categorizing risks and escalating complex issues as necessary.
- Act on security patch notifications and coordinate remediation with internal teams and external providers, ensuring patches are tested and deployed within the time frame set by our cyber security accreditations.
- Utilize available tools to proactively monitor network systems and user logs for suspicious activity and potential security threats.
- Create and maintain detailed cyber security maintenance procedure documentation.
- Provide first and second line IT support for up to 300 staff members as needed to cover for leave.
- Offer third line IT support for the service desk and project teams when necessary.
