Must:
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect in a complex enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS) and cloud-native design principles.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns and API management.
- Understanding of security, compliance, and data privacy best practices.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
Responsibilities
- I lead the development of solution architectures across multiple projects.
- I interpret business requirements, either directly with stakeholders or in collaboration with a business analyst.
- I act as a trusted advisor to both business and IT stakeholders.
- I guide development and implementation teams, resolving technical challenges.
- I provide technical oversight during project delivery.
- I design integrations with existing systems.
- I identify architectural risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Description
We are a leading global professional services firm seeking an IT Solutions Architect to join our team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting time with extensive IT transformation projects already in progress and more on the horizon. In this role, I will be responsible for designing and delivering robust, scalable, and secure technology solutions that align with our strategic objectives. I will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to translate business requirements into effective architectural designs, supporting our Cloud First strategy and digital transformation initiatives. We offer hybrid working with a requirement to be in the office in Birmingham up to 3 days per week.
