Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and the ITIL best practice framework.
- Experience in Problem Management and Incident Management.
- Experience dealing with third-party suppliers.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow administration and development.
- Ability to run weekly meetings and chair Major Incident Review meetings.
- Capable of training new members of the Technology team on ServiceNow processes, including Incident Management and Change Management.
- Strong analytical skills to identify underlying trends by working with historical data.
Responsibilities
- I will provide reports for agreed KPIs, participate in discussions regarding Voice of the Customer feedback, and manage any other business items during our meetings.
- I will be responsible for the overall ownership of incidents until resolution.
- I will review the timeline of events related to incidents, including third-party involvement, and work on understanding the root cause of incidents.
- I will manage Requests for Change to ensure they meet quality and conformance standards, and I will coordinate IT staff and Customers for accurate risk assessments and communications during changes.
- I will chair weekly CAB meetings to ensure appropriate risk management and prioritization of changes to avoid adverse effects on the business.
- I will serve as the administrator of the ServiceNow platform and all modules, including developing the Self-Service Portal for end users.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT Service Management Analyst to join our London-based law firm on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis, with a compensation of £60,000 pro rata.
