We are looking for candidates with experience in administering a hybrid identity environment that utilizes Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID within a broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting to manage Entra ID and the M365 suite is essential. Candidates should have in-depth experience configuring multi-factor authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, and self-service password reset. A solid understanding of various authentication methods and 'Passwordless' authentication options is also required. Additionally, familiarity with M365 admin role assignments, the use of administrative units, and Privileged Identity Management is expected.
Responsibilities
As an Entra ID Identity Engineer, you will deliver third-line technical support for identity and access management. You will act as the technical lead for identity and access management on projects. Your role will involve monitoring for, identifying, analyzing, and resolving or remediating incidents and risks. You will keep track of upcoming changes in the product stack, including new or changed features and planned maintenance, and raise these matters accordingly. You will also work to improve the security posture, including enhancing the Microsoft Entra Secure Score, design and configure Conditional Access policies, and configure and migrate single sign-on (SSO) to third-party business applications with Microsoft Entra ID.
