Requirements
Must:
- I seek a candidate with demonstrable experience in enterprise architecture and solution design on a global scale.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in leading architects and possess strong knowledge and experience with Azure cloud technology.
- A solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance is essential.
- I value first-class stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- TOGAF or Azure certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- I will have you lead a London-based team of three architects, focusing on workload management, mentoring, and coaching.
- You will be part of the global leadership team for enterprise architecture, driving the implementation of architecture principles and the adoption of new technologies.
- Your role will encompass overseeing the infrastructure and Azure cloud perspective globally, ensuring all designs are scalable and secure.
- You will lead architecture review boards and define technology standards and reusable frameworks to enhance consistency and efficiency.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, as you will assess their suitability within our organization.
