Requirements
Must:
- I need a strong working knowledge of the M365 and O365 Productivity Suite, including the various Microsoft Admin consoles used for effective provision, licensing, and administration of these SaaS solutions.
- I am looking for someone with strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 stack, including Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, and Teams.
- A strong understanding of Active Directory and Group Policies (GPO) is essential.
- Familiarity with Entra ID is also required.
Responsibilities
- I will oversee and manage system changes, application deployments, monitor service health, and troubleshoot problems to ensure that a high-quality service is maintained.
- I will provide 3rd line support with a deep understanding of the dependencies for MS Office, such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, and Add-ins.
- I will ensure that governance, compliance, and security components within M365 meet Information Security mandates and best practices across the end-user device estate.
- I will undertake assigned projects or tasks, conduct relevant research, and define and/or document the scope of each project.
- I will assist in supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting M365 services, providing recommendations for the implementation of changes and products.
Description
This role involves hybrid working, requiring you to be on-site for 3 days a week. You will be responsible for supporting the Modern Workplace end user computing environment by leveraging M365/O365 and other services to ensure that we maintain high service standards. You should possess a strong understanding of O365 SaaS and application lifecycle management, including accounts and group management, licenses, and policies. A broad understanding of applications and different application types is necessary to assist with 2nd and 3rd line issue resolution. Experience in an enterprise environment covering Endpoint Management (Intune) and associated infrastructure elements such as Active Directory (AD), Entra ID, and Group Policies (GPO/GPP) is crucial for this position.
