Requirements
Must:
- Experience with Microsoft MECM/SCCM
- Knowledge of Microsoft and 3rd Party Patching, Windows OS Image creation
- Proficiency in Intune modern desktop management
- Strong Active Directory engineering skills including OU design, Group Policy Preferences, Group Policy Objects, DHCP, DNS, WINS, Domain Controller Management and Roles Management
- Experience in Application Packaging
- 3rd line application support experience, including incident ticket handling
- Scripting expertise, predominantly in PowerShell
Responsibilities
- Deploy operating systems and applications using Intune or MECM (SCCM)
- Manage all aspects of desktop operating system lifecycle and configuration, including Intune configuration policies
- Provide 3rd line application support
- Scope and undertake application packaging
- Act as a 3rd line technical resource to assist with a wide range of project delivery
Description
We are currently seeking an EUC Engineer (SCCM / MECM / Intune / Windows 11) for an initial 6-month contract, requiring hybrid working with 2 days per week in the office in Birmingham. This contract falls Inside IR35. You will be joining a team that provides the design, development, management, and operation of all Desktop Infrastructure, including but not limited to Intune, MECM, AD/GPO/GPP, W365, Client Desktop Engineering, client patching, and Desktop AV. As part of this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the effective management and delivery of desktop solutions.
