Requirements
Must:
We are seeking a Cyber Security Engineer with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Security technology solutions, including Microsoft Defender, Mimecast, Tenable Nessus, Entra ID, Purview, and Cisco XDR/FTD/SSE. You should have experience or knowledge in security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CES. Desirable certifications include CISSP, CEH, or CCSP.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will administer, monitor, and oversee Cyber Security via SecOps within our organization for systems such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP), phishing simulation, endpoint protection, anti-malware, email security gateway, web security gateway, Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), and identity and access systems and controls. You will also engage in vulnerability management, recommend security best practices, and provide expertise and support for security related to applications, data, infrastructure, network, and cloud platforms. Additionally, you will collaborate with the wider business to ensure both new and existing systems meet security requirements through the development of SecOps and DevSecOps processes.
Description
This is a contract role, classified as Inside IR35, with a hybrid working policy requiring a minimum of one day per week in the office. We are an industry-leading organization based in London, looking for the right candidate to join our team on an initial 6-month contract to work alongside our Cyber Security Manager to design, implement, and maintain our security function.
