Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with experience in Elite 3E and Intapp, preferably within a legal or professional services environment. Strong communication skills, troubleshooting abilities, and documentation experience are essential. A solid understanding of legal practice management systems, reporting tools, and databases is also required.
Responsibilities
As an Application Support Analyst, you will support and maintain Elite 3E, which includes managing templates, balancing routines, data reconciliation, and reporting. You will provide second-line support for 3E, Elite Data Insights, and related financial systems. Additionally, you will administer and configure Intapp applications (such as Time, Open, and Integration Builder) while assisting with workflow improvements. You will be responsible for delivering SSRS and Power BI reports, identifying opportunities to streamline and automate processes. Furthermore, you will assist with system upgrades, rollouts, and documentation aimed at reducing risk and improving user adoption. Collaborating closely with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and deliver enhancements will also be a vital aspect of your role.
