Requirements
Must:
- A strong commercial background and experience in AI technology at a technical and user level
- Commercial experience with Moveworks Agentic AI or a similar platform
- Proven experience of developing and managing AI chatbot assistants
- Experience of working with end users to enhance UI and continuous improvements
- Deep understanding and knowledge of NLP concepts and AI modelling capabilities
- Good knowledge of IT Service Management and Jira Service Desk
- Strong analytical skills to make informed decisions and identify improvements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills and consultancy approach
Responsibilities
- Develop and own a new global Service Desk AI application
- Focus on the development, enhancements, and integration of our Service Desk Assistant
- Collaborate with end users to refine and improve the user interface
- Identify opportunities for creating further AI Agents across the business
- Facilitate continuous improvements based on user feedback and analytical insights
