Requirements
Must:
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- At least 12 months experience in a Service Desk or end-user support position
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with Active Directory user setup and administration
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (G Suite) support and troubleshooting
- Proficient in operating systems including Windows 10/11, macOS, Android, and Chrome OS
- Experience with network and monitoring tools like ManageEngine, VPN, Meraki, PRTG Alerting
- Understanding of mobile device management solutions such as Sophos MDM or similar platforms
- Experience with print management and resolving common print solution issues
- Knowledge of ITSM platforms like Jira Service Management or other recognized tools
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of call for tech support, ensuring a friendly and efficient service
- Log every call and provide swift and accurate support for various IT issues
- Resolve hardware, software, email, password resets, mobile device, and IT equipment issues
- Maintain a 95% SLA while working closely with the broader IT team
- Prepare laptops, desktops, and mobile devices for colleagues
- Keep support tickets updated with clear and concise notes through to issue resolution
- Escalate more complex issues using our established escalation process
