Requirements

Must:
We are looking for an IT Service Delivery Analyst with a strong background in data analysis and financial planning. You should have experience in managing stakeholders and fostering collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of ITIL standards and change management frameworks. A degree in Computing/IT or a related field, or equivalent industry experience, is essential. Experience in an IT service organization or retail setting is preferred. Certifications in IT Service Management such as ITIL are a plus. You should also demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will manage the change queue to ensure efficient execution of changes with minimal risk. You will schedule and chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, prioritizing and categorizing change requests in alignment with business objectives. Conducting Post Implementation Reviews (PIRs) and maintaining change-related documentation is part of your duties. You'll also track and report change outcomes, perform final reviews and approvals for changes, and act as the central point of communication during service escalations. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure service transitions and operational readiness.

This hybrid role is based at our Doncaster Group Support Centre, with an expectation of 2-3 days a week onsite.
