Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer, ideally on large-scale Oracle Fusion implementations.
- Hands-on experience with OIC3, including designing and developing integrations using REST/SOAP adapters, FTP/SFTP adapters, and SaaS adapters for Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, and WMS.
- Proficiency in web services, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and related technologies.
- Advanced Oracle Database skills, including strong SQL for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL for writing stored procedures, packages, and functions to support staging, transformation, and FBDI processing.
- Experience with external tables and integration with OCI File Storage.
- Performance tuning for large data sets.
- Experience with BI Publisher (BIP) Reports: Designing and scheduling BIP reports for data extraction from Fusion.
- Familiarity with OCI services: OCI File Storage for archiving and temporary file handling, OCI Logging for capturing OIC activity streams.
- Understanding of network connectivity, including VPN-based access to on-prem systems and secure integration with on-prem REST APIs and file servers.
- Comfortable using developer tools such as SQL Developer, Postman, WinSCP, Putty, and GIT Repos.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, Procurement, SCM, WMS).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into reporting and technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of integration concepts, patterns, and best practices for hybrid architectures (cloud and on-prem).
- Good communicator and listener.
- Proactive with a love for problem-solving.
- Excellent analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop integration solutions using OIC3 to connect Oracle Fusion applications with external and on-prem systems.
- Implement file-based integrations using FTP/SFTP adapters and configure OCI File Storage for staging and archiving.
- Develop and optimize PL/SQL packages for data staging, transformation, and FBDI processing in Oracle ATP.
- Configure and manage external tables for file-based processing in ATP.
- Create and maintain BIP reports for extracting data from Fusion ERP/HCM and integrate outputs into OIC flows.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues across OIC, ATP, and file servers.
- Maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, PL/SQL logic, BIP configurations, and OCI components.
- Mentor and support junior developers by providing guidance on OIC design patterns, best practices, and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and share feedback to improve quality.
- Deliver knowledge transfer sessions on PL/SQL, BIP reports, and OCI services.
- Support career development by helping juniors gain hands-on experience with complex integrations.
