Requirements
Must:
- Python literacy with a minimum of 2 years experience in production-grade LLM-based applications
- Experience in AgenticAI, Langgraph, ADK, CrewAI, and multi-agent architectures, focusing on building deployable solutions instead of Jupyter notebooks
- Proficient in AI Engineering, including RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, VertexAI experience, LLMOps, and runtime evaluation/monitoring
- Strong understanding of responsible AI, including ethics, risks, and mitigations, with knowledge of guardrail development (nice to have)
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Develop and provision infrastructure that supports agentic workflows across both Azure and GCP
- Contribute data science expertise to shape the agentic solution design of Coach AI and the target state AI Assistant
- Create agent integration patterns to fulfill customer actions by leveraging Bank systems
- Develop new AI products for the Conversational Banking Lab, focusing on agent summarization and the evolution of app search functionality
- Automate evaluation methods for both deterministic and generative conversations in a scaled and simulated manner
