Data Scientist

- Role: Data Scientist (5 to 12 years) - Hands-on experience with GenAI, Gemini, or open-source LLMs - Experience developing GenAI applications for code translation, text extraction, summarisation, and SDLC optimization - Proficient in AI agents, chatbots, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and vector databases (PG vector/croma DB) - Familiar with GenAI performance evaluation tools like Pegasus, Ragas, DeepEval - Strong programming skills in Python, experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith frameworks - Basic knowledge of TypeScript is preferable - Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and graph-based workflows - Knowledge of input and output guardrails to address hallucination, PII filtering, and bias - Experience implementing security best practices against DDoS attacks and identifying end-to-end communication failures - Knowledge of API gateways and microservices architecture Desirable skills: - Strong experience in machine learning and predictive analytics applied to real business problems - Ability to resolve end-to-end connectivity and data integrations - Experience with data cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis - Familiarity with MLOps practices, including automated training and inference workflows - Ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences - Knowledge of data governance, ethics, and responsible AI principles - Comfort working with GCP for model training and deployment - Enthusiasm for exploring new algorithms and emerging AI/ML techniques
