Responsibilities
- Lead the development of automation roadmaps for various business units
- Ensure a complete understanding of requirements for automating accounts
- Shortlist accounts based on size and maturity capacity
- Drive automation maturity in selected accounts
- Showcase automation capability and ROI to customers
- Ensure adherence to contractual commitments and project scope
- Implement necessary software and infrastructure for automation
- Develop scalable dashboards and support systems for monitoring
- Review and develop Account Automation Plans with team collaboration
- Monitor project progress, resolve escalations related to operations
- Propose solutions to persistent automation issues
- Manage access control for sensitive project information
- Periodically review project status against plans for successful rollouts
- Stay updated on automation trends and identify team capability gaps
- Maintain customer relationships and gather references for continuity
- Deliver on client engagement metrics, including CSAT
- Oversee BOT implementation for various accounts
Description
We are seeking an Automation Lead for a 6-month contract position located in either London or Norwich, working in a hybrid model (2-3 days from the office). In this role, you will lead automation initiatives across various strategic accounts within our business units to enhance client engagement.
