Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform
- Strong background in solution design and enterprise integrations
- Omnichannel & Copilot Studio knowledge (IVR setup essential)
- Power Platform development experience (Apps, Automate, BI, Pages)
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript customisations, workflows, and custom actions
- Knowledge of Dataverse architecture & governance
- Experience with Azure integrations
- Familiarity with DevOps & CI/CD (Azure DevOps)
- XRM Toolbox proficiency
- Bonus: Experience in Field Service & IoT configuration
- Bonus: Experience with large-scale data migrations into Dataverse
- Bonus: Eligibility for (or holding) SC Clearance
Responsibilities
- Design and build custom solutions within Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
- Lead development across Customer Service, Sales & Marketing
- Configure and optimise Omnichannel & Copilot Studio (live chat, voice, digital messaging, IVR)
- Develop using C# (.NET), JavaScript, SQL, HTML
- Create and manage Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI
- Own integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault
- Architect and govern enterprise-scale Dataverse environments
- Implement CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps
- Support ALM best practices (solution layering, source control)
- Troubleshoot and maintain applications within an ITIL service environment
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement
