- Experience working with client stakeholders and delivery teams
Responsibilities
- Lead automation strategy and automation roadmap development across multiple enterprise accounts
- Implement infrastructure automation and IT operations automation solutions
- Identify automation opportunities and drive automation maturity across business units
- Work with delivery teams to implement automation tools, scripts and orchestration frameworks
- Ensure automation solutions are scalable, monitored and aligned with operational standards
- Manage automation initiatives, resolve technical escalations and support programme delivery
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal delivery teams to drive automation outcomes
