Must:
We require the ideal candidate to have strong expertise in Blue Prism, alongside experience in high-level projects and code reviews. You should possess the following technical skills:
- Proficiency in Blue Prism (design, development, and deployment)
- Strong code review skills to ensure quality and adherence to best practices
- Programming skills in .NET, SQL, and Java
- Familiarity with Windows Server and SQL Server

Responsibilities
As our RPA Developer, you will be responsible for:
- Developing, deploying, and maintaining RPA solutions using Blue Prism
- Leading and mentoring a team of RPA developers, ensuring best practices and quality standards are met
- Conducting code reviews to ensure automation scripts are efficient, scalable, and secure
- Integrating RPA solutions with enterprise systems and databases using SQL Server
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Optimizing and troubleshooting existing RPA workflows for enhanced performance and reliability
- Ensuring all automation solutions comply with security policies and industry standards
