Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience delivering D365 solutions, including installation, configuration, and customization.
- Strong knowledge of D365 Modern UI, Common Data Service, Power Platform, and JavaScript for D365 extensions.
- Experience working across multiple D365 apps (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Portals).
- Understanding of the full software development lifecycle and agile delivery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a solution-based, client-focused approach.
- Acute attention to detail and the ability to prioritize shifting demands.
- Experience supporting NFP clients is desirable.
- Ability to mentor others and manage time effectively under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement D365 solutions for new and existing customers.
- Customize D365 applications with workflows, plugins, and C# or JavaScript-based solutions.
- Build and configure PowerApps, Power Automate flows, and other Power Platform tools.
- Integrate D365 solutions using Azure services.
- Execute deployments following strict version control and development processes.
- Conduct unit testing, peer reviews, and contribute to code quality and security.
- Provide technical support for existing solutions and troubleshoot issues, specifically assisting junior colleagues and clients.
- Stay up to date with the latest updates across D365 and Power Platform.
