Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience working with SQL and Power BI
- Ability to read Python code
- Generating and presenting data insights reports
- Strong demonstrable skills in people management (team leadership, 1 to 1s, workload management)
- Project management skills (working with cross-functional teams and resource management)
- Stakeholder management
- Desirable: Experience in Data Science
- Desirable: Knowledge and/or experience of Machine Learning
Responsibilities
- Support and lead a team of data professionals.
- Manage the workload, mentor and perform general line management duties to your team.
- Collaborate technically with cross-functional teams on various data projects.
- Generate, analyse, and present reports to various business stakeholders.
- Offer support to the service desk team during incidents when required.
Description
We are seeking an experienced Data Insights Lead to join our growing Data and Insights team based in Hereford. In this hybrid role, you will play a vital part in supporting our data strategy and leading a team of Data Analysts and Database Administrators. We offer a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum along with benefits, and the opportunity to lead and mentor within a growing security team.
