Requirements
Must:
- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
- Skilled in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and modern development frameworks
- Strong expertise in plugins, custom workflow activities, business rules, and form scripting
- Experience with Power Platform (Canvas/Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, or similar integration tools
- Ability to work in a consultancy or multi-project environment
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Microsoft certifications (PL-400, MB-400, PL-600, AZ-900) desirable
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM customisations, plugins, workflows, and integrations
- Build solutions across Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Translate client requirements into scalable, secure technical designs
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using APIs and Azure services
- Contribute to presales conversations, estimations, and technical scoping
- Provide technical guidance to junior developers and support project teams
- Stay on top of Microsoft roadmap updates and best practices
