Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills
- Good understanding of ERP business processes
- Ability to troubleshoot functional and system-related issues
- Comfortable working in a consultancy or customer-focused environment
- Organised, analytical, and able to manage multiple support cases
Responsibilities
- Provide second-line support for Dynamics NAV and Business Central customers
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve application and data issues
- Manage escalations from first-line support efficiently and professionally
- Liaise directly with customers to understand issues and provide clear updates
- Work with consultants and developers on more complex problems
- Maintain accurate support documentation and case notes
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes
Description
We are an established Microsoft consultancy located in Staffordshire, seeking an experienced Second Line Support Consultant to join our growing support team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer support while collaborating closely with customers who use Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central. We offer a competitive salary of £40,000, a working pattern of 4 days on-site with some flexibility, and the opportunity to enhance your Dynamics skill set in a supportive team culture.
