Requirements
Must:
- Preferably experience in a role involving business analytics or product ownership
- Educated to degree level in a subject such as Computer Science, IT, or any data-driven field
- Experience and comfortability handling large data sets
- Understanding of DevOps would be great
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong timekeeping skills
- Comfortable committing to a full-time permanent role based in Lincoln, offering hybrid work (2 days a week in the office)
Responsibilities
- Aiding in product discovery and development
- Carrying out research and testing
- Managing the full product lifecycle including optimization and solution creation
- Handling the Product Backlog
- Creating user stories
- Documentation creation
- Communicating the product vision
- Helping the engineering teams understand the product direction
Description
We are a growing business based in Lincoln, specializing in app and software solutions within the healthcare industry. As we expand our team, we are excited to offer a permanent hybrid Junior Product Owner role. You will be part of a large DevOps department and report directly to the Lead Product Owner. This role comes with a competitive salary ranging from £27,000 to £31,000 per annum, along with additional benefits such as private health-care insurance and a cycle-to-work scheme. Our working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM, and we look forward to welcoming a motivated team member to our innovative environment.
