Requirements
Must:
- Preferably looking for someone with experience in a role involving business analytics or product ownership
- Educated to degree level in a subject such as Computer Science, IT or anything data driven would be highly advantageous
- Experience & comfortability handling large data sets
- Understanding of DevOps would be great
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time keeping skills
- Comfortable committing to a full-time permanent role based in Lincoln, offering hybrid work (2 days a week in the office)
Responsibilities
- Aiding in product discovery and development
- Carrying out research & testing
- Full product lifecycle including optimising and solution creation
- Handling the Product Backlog
- Creating user stories
- Documentation creation
- Communicate the product vision
- Help the engineering teams understand the product direction
Description
We are a growing Lincoln-based business that has demonstrated huge success in app and software solutions within the healthcare industry. We are currently looking to hire a new permanent hybrid Graduate Junior Product Owner to join our large DevOps department, reporting directly to the Lead Product Owner. This role offers a salary between £27,000 to £31,000 per annum, along with additional benefits like private health-care insurance and a cycle-to-work scheme. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM, and we offer a hybrid work model with two days a week in the office.
