Requirements
Must:
I am looking for a candidate with proven experience in leading product development projects within the food manufacturing industry, with a minimum of 2 years solid NPD experience. You should possess strong project management skills and the ability to work independently. Ideally, you are an all-rounder who can take products from concept through to launch. I value enthusiasm, proactivity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Please note that this vacancy cannot support sponsorship or PSW Visa; all applicants must have full UK right to work.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead B2B product development for well-known grocery brands and own-label products. You will work alongside Senior NPD Technologists and collaborate with various internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include overseeing projects from the initial concept to the final product launch. I expect you to proactively drive new ideas and processes to improve product quality and efficiency.
