Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve day-to-day processes within Cycling UK's Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Act as a business partner to support various functions within Cycling UK.
- Provide training and ongoing support to staff on the CRM system.
- Develop and implement new solutions to enhance the CRM’s capabilities.
- Collaborate with team members to maximize income and successfully deliver programs.
Description
