Requirements
Must:
- Ideally degree-educated with strong IT / CIS foundations or requisite experience instead
- 5-10 years experience delivering enterprise software and security solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills across applications, networks, and operating systems
- Confident, customer-focused, and comfortable working in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Desirable technical exposure IAM, PKI, MFA, Smart Cards, Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL, networking, testing, and cyber security environments.
Responsibilities
- Capturing customer requirements and designing robust technical solutions
- Installing, configuring software security solutions, and delivering training on enterprise software platforms
- Leading acceptance testing, commissioning, and go-live support
- Developing into a subject matter expert across the companys security software portfolio
- Acting as a trusted technical advisor to customers and internal stakeholders.
