Requirements
Must:
- 3rd level education in IT or a related field
- Experience in a similar IT Support environment
- Proficiency in Office 365 desktop applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Knowledge of Office365 administration (Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint)
- Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Hyper-V
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Full Drivers license
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for all hardware, software, and associated peripherals across 10 sites in N. Ireland/Ireland
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems to agreed standards
- Perform upgrades, new installations, and routine procedures on site infrastructure
- Troubleshoot system, server, and network problems
- Diagnose and solve hardware and software faults
- Handle Helpdesk Administration and Escalation
- Manage Backup, Antivirus, Office365, and IT Asset Management
