Requirements
Must:
- 3rd level education in IT or a related field
- Background in a similar IT Support environment
- Proficient in Office 365 Desktop Apps (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience in Office 365 administration including Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint
- Knowledge of Windows Server, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and Hyper-V
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Full Drivers license
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for all hardware, software, and associated peripherals/devices across 10 sites in N. Ireland/Ireland
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems to agreed standards
- Perform upgrades, new installations, and carry out routine procedures on site infrastructure
- Troubleshoot system, server, and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware and software faults
- Administer Helpdesk, including escalation, backup, antivirus, Office 365, and IT asset management
