Must:
I am looking for someone with proven experience in product support management, ideally within the logistics and transport industry. You should have a strong technical background and familiarity with logistics and transport systems, databases, and the software development life cycle. Excellent leadership and team management skills are essential, along with a demonstrated track record in incident management, problem-solving, and root cause analysis. A deep knowledge of product support operations and processes is crucial, as well as a strong customer service orientation complemented by excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with ITIL principles and best practices for IT service management is preferred. We value a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovation, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
As the Head of IT Product Support at Culina Group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive support strategy aligned with our business goals and customer needs. You will oversee the product support process to ensure timely resolution of user issues related to our logistics and transport products. Your role will include prioritizing and managing support tickets to ensure efficient and effective problem resolution and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
You will define and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) for application support and key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting on performance against these SLAs to stakeholders. You will lead the investigation and resolution of product-related incidents and outages, working closely with cross-functional teams. In managing a team of product support specialists, you will provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management, while also serving as a liaison between business users, development teams, and external vendors. Continuous improvement will be key, so you will identify opportunities for process enhancements and collaborate with development teams to provide feedback on product usability and stability.
