Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with over 7 years of supply chain experience, including at least 3 years of SAP implementation experience, ideally with S/4HANA. A degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline is required. You should be technically fluent in SAP and supply chain processes, with a proven track record of success in ERP transformations within high-tech or precision engineering. Key skills include strong leadership and stakeholder engagement abilities, high attention to detail with a data-driven mindset, and confidence in change management and training delivery. You should be able to thrive in fast-paced, global, project-led environments and have proven hands-on experience with MM, PP, SD, WM, and PS modules, as well as a strong understanding of manufacturing operations and planning systems.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead supply chain workstreams, ensuring the timely delivery of program milestones. You will translate business needs into SAP functional specifications and support configuration, oversee data migration and master data governance, and lead User Acceptance Testing, training, and go-live readiness activities. Additionally, you are expected to drive continuous improvement post-implementation. You will own the end-to-end implementation of SAP across the supply chain and act as the key link between business stakeholders and the SAP program team. Your involvement will span Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Sales & Distribution (SD), Warehouse Management (WM), and Project System (PS).
