Requirements
Must:
- 7+ years’ experience in supply chain management
- 3+ years in SAP implementation, ideally S/4HANA
- Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline
- Technical fluency in SAP and supply chain processes
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- High attention to detail with a data-driven mindset
- Confidence in change management and training delivery
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, global, project-led environments
- Proven hands-on experience with MM, PP, SD, WM, and PS modules
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and planning systems
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end implementation of SAP across the supply chain
- Act as the key link between business stakeholders and the SAP programme team
- Ensure processes are correctly mapped, optimized, and embedded within SAP
- Define and configure procurement processes including POs, PRs, and vendor master data
- Integrate supplier evaluation and material master governance
- Align indirect and direct procurement workflows to SAP MM best practice
- Partner with engineering and manufacturing to shape BOM structures, routings, and work centres
- Configure MRP parameters for both MTO and MTS environments
- Support capacity planning and shop-floor execution
- Align demand planning and fulfillment processes with SAP SD
- Configure customer master data, pricing, and delivery scheduling
- Ensure seamless integration between sales orders and production
- Define warehouse structures and storage strategies
- Configure goods movements, stock transfers, and inventory controls
- Support automation initiatives, including barcode scanning
- Define project structures, WBS elements, and network activities
- Integrate project planning with procurement, production, and finance
- Support project budgeting, costing, and milestone billing
- Lead supply chain workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of programme milestones
- Translate business needs into SAP functional specifications and support configuration
- Oversee data migration and master data governance
- Lead UAT, training, and go-live readiness activities
- Drive continuous improvement post-implementation
