Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to gather information about their IT needs and challenges.
- Clarify the issues clients are facing by asking detailed questions.
- Diagnose the source of users IT problems through troubleshooting.
- Advise clients on possible solutions to resolve users issues.
- Recommend effective solutions and escalate complex problems as necessary.
- Install and configure computer hardware and software for users.
- Create user accounts for various software and ensure new employees can access their systems.
- Log and process support calls, ensuring timely resolution and managing support tickets.
- Keep up to date with technology trends and advancements.
