Requirements
Must:
- ISTQB Foundation certification required
- ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification or equivalent proven experience leading digital test teams
- Hands-on experience across all levels of testing (from Unit to OAT)
- Strong grasp of test automation
- Proven leadership experience managing people and stakeholders through complex technical changes
- Ability to travel occasionally and support live assurance testing (some weekend work required)
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality is integrated into the software development lifecycle from day one
- Influence test strategies and manage risk mitigation
- Oversee multiple workstreams and the overall quality agenda
- Drive the automation agenda and upskill the team in modern testing practices
- Use quality metrics to monitor progress and maintain world-class standards
- Provide expert advice on complex issues to stakeholders across the digital department
