Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience with modern React (Hooks, Composition) and building data-heavy interfaces
- Proficient in Python, particularly with FastAPI and Pydantic
- Familiarity with async APIs and strong typing/validation
- Understanding of testing principles, including the Testing Pyramid (Pytest, Vitest, Cypress)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on user experience
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and cloud environments (GCP)
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL and Redis is a plus
- Ability to design and implement high-performance UI components
Responsibilities
- Build and ship full-stack features, including AI analysis visualisations and advanced workflows
- Design complex React components ensuring optimal performance under heavy data loads
- Enhance AI integration through improved candidate scoring and bias reduction
- Scale architecture by extending FastAPI services with a focus on performance and validation
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team and provide input on technical roadmap
- Advocate for testing and ensure code quality throughout development
- Tackle real-world problems with meaningful ownership of projects
