Requirements
Must:
- Experience in providing 1st and 2nd line SAP support
- Strong understanding of SAP applications including HR, Payroll, FI, MM, SD
- Experience with incident, problem, and request management within SLAs
- Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and implement preventative measures
- Familiarity with SAP integrations and third-party applications
- Excellent communication skills for user interaction and collaboration
Responsibilities
- Deliver 1st and 2nd line support for SAP applications
- Manage incidents and service requests within defined SLAs
- Diagnose functional and technical issues across various SAP modules
- Assist the Team Lead in providing high-quality support with timely resolutions
- Triage and allocate service requests to relevant SAP teams or IT resources
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend preventative measures
- Support business readiness for system changes and operational improvements
- Maintain accurate end-user documentation and support materials
- Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to ensure system stability
