Requirements
Must:
We are looking for an Integration Developer with extensive hands-on experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and a strong understanding of IBM Integration Bus (IIB). You should have technical expertise in SAP S/4HANA and experience with hybrid integration scenarios. Proficiency in SAP IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, OData, and SOAP/REST APIs for SAP integrations is essential. You must have experience with event-driven architectures and message queuing systems, such as MQ and JMS, as well as strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Knowledge of security best practices, including OAuth, SAML, encryption, and authentication in integration scenarios is required. You should be skilled at monitoring tools and error handling mechanisms, capable of working under pressure while managing multiple integration projects, and possess excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, developers, and business users.
Responsibilities
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, and supporting integrations between SAP and various enterprise applications. You will ensure seamless data exchange across business systems by monitoring and maintaining end-to-end integration performance, supporting the migration of legacy interfaces to modern platforms, and developing, testing, and troubleshooting IIB message flows, APIs, and transformations. You will also design and develop third-party application integrations using SAP CPI and IIB middleware.
Description
This position is based in Birmingham with a hybrid working model, allowing for 1-2 days per week onsite. The salary for this role is up to £75,000.
