Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience leading integration platform delivery and lifecycle management in complex IT environments.
- Skilled in designing and overseeing technical integration solutions across enterprise systems using APIs, messaging systems, or data pipelines.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with platform teams, architects, and suppliers, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business goals.
- Expertise in maintaining the operational stability of integration services through monitoring, incident management, and continuous improvement.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and tools (APIs, ESB, messaging queues, event-driven architectures, ETL/ELT).
- Familiarity with cloud-native, hybrid, and middleware integration solutions (e.g., Azure Integration Services).
- Understanding of delivery methodologies (waterfall, agile, lean) and their impact on integration planning and execution.
- Awareness of security, governance, and data protection in systems integration, including secure API management.
- Expertise in connecting enterprise platforms (ERP, HCM, data platforms) for resilient and scalable integration.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership in managing IT integration platforms, ensuring delivery, maintenance, and availability.
- Define the integration strategy and architecture, maintaining standards for API development and data movement.
- Oversee the operation and improvement of integration services and middleware platforms, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability.
- Lead the delivery and lifecycle management of integration capabilities supporting key enterprise platforms.
- Advise on integration patterns and best practices, balancing point-to-point vs. platform approaches.
- Ensure rigorous version control, monitoring, maintenance, and incident response for integration components.
- Establish and manage inventory and governance processes for integration design, development, and policy compliance.
- Collaborate with technical teams to align integration with technology architecture and strategic objectives.
