Head of IT Security Compliance

In this key role, I will be responsible for developing and maintaining our IT security policies and procedures. I will conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies, both internally and within our supply chain. I will monitor and audit IT systems and processes to ensure ongoing compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Additionally, I will develop and deliver training programs to educate employees about IT security policies, procedures, and best practices. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, regulators, and various business units, will be essential to ensure comprehensive compliance coverage. I will also prepare and present regular reports on IT security compliance status, risks, and remediation efforts to senior management and the board. As part of my role, I will provide day-to-day leadership and support to three direct reports, helping to develop their skills and ensure consistent delivery across security compliance workstreams while enabling their growth through effective performance management. Furthermore, I will assist in critical response situations.
