Requirements
Must:
- Advanced proficiency in BI tools, data visualization, SQL, and data modeling.
- Skilled in data governance, quality frameworks, and cloud-based platforms (Azure, AWS).
- Proven team leadership and development experience.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement at all levels.
- Knowledge of data science and advanced analytics.
- Ability to ensure the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of business intelligence outputs.
Responsibilities
- I am responsible for establishing and directing the BI/MI strategy in alignment with our organizational objectives, regulatory standards, and digital transformation efforts.
- I promote a data-driven culture throughout the company and implement an effective control framework for ongoing monitoring.
- I lead and mentor a high-performing BI/MI team, encouraging innovation and continuous development.
- I collaborate with executive stakeholders to assess information requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions.
- I design and execute a comprehensive control framework to proactively monitor and evaluate revenue assurance across all business areas.
- I supervise the development and maintenance of dashboards, KPIs, and reports to support our operational, regulatory, and strategic needs.
- I analyze the existing reporting landscape and data utilization processes to facilitate the transition towards enhanced automation and robustness in our data and reporting solutions.
Description
We offer hybrid working opportunities with 2-3 days per week onsite. The salary for this role is up to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
